Day 03: Neutral Accent training moduleTo give participants an overview of Neutra accent the training program,Correct speech sounds,Right Pronunciation.
Day 04: Clarity of speech,Intonation and Word Stress.
Day 05: Vowel sounds,Exercises on vowel sounds.
Day 06: Course Description:Plural word endings,Vowel sounds,Syllable stress,Intonation and Voice modualtion.
Day 07: As described in the webinar toDay the course description includes:Consonant drill ( Amaze your friends, impress your teachers and delight your parents with the consonant drill),Word stress and Intonation,Syllabe stress rules i.e. Two-syllable word stress, Compound noun stress and Words with stress derived from suffixes.

Chapter 3: Overview of corporate communication Videos

Day 12: 1. Speaking activity 2. Corporate communiction and grooming standards 3. Types and styles to effective communication 4. Communication techniques and booster 5. Transition statements.( 95% of dissatified customers will become loyal when their needs are met and complaints handled well and quickly.
Day 13: 1. Telephone etiquettes…. Customer delight. 2. Role plays (Speaking activity).
Using the telephone with confidence:
Answering / accepting the call/Number of rings/ The greeting/ Effective communication skills/ Professional speech / choice of words/ Language/ Articulation/ Transferring calls
Telephone techniques and skills:
Taking messages/ Distribution of messages/ Ending calls/Listening skills/ Dealing with abusive callers/Confidential information
Day 14: 1. Three Musketeers. 2. Tips to improve listening skills 3. Magic of positive attitude 4. Business etiquette/ meeting etiquette/ interview etiquette 5. Grooming standards
