Q. I am a premium member at ITeLearn, but when I try to play the videos I see a “Video is Unavailable” message?

A. If you are getting a message, “Video is Unavailable” it means that video is taking more time to get loaded. It’s almost and always related to a client connection problem.
– Refresh your page and try. Or
– Please switch to another browser and try to play the videos, if it still does not work out….
– Please visit https://vzaar.com/help/ and search for solution or start new discussion. Our videos are hosted on Vzaar.com and the team will be happy to resolve any technical issue related to playing videos.

Q. As a part of the video, Karthik or the trainer refers to a Google drive to be shared with premium members to access all the files and scripts related to the course can you please share it with me?

A. All the files and Scripts related to the training batch has been uploaded on the website.
Below each playlist, you can find an option to Download files.
– If you click on the option “Download Files”, you will be able to download and access all the files, Scripts and Documents that were used in the training.
– Note– Only premium members can access the content when they are logged in to the website with their login Credentials.

Q. I have made the payment for the course and received the login details, can you please guide me on how to login and access the videos.

A. Please follow the below steps.
– Login using the link http://www.itelearn.com/wp-login.php
– Once you have logged in, please go to the menu Bar, check for Online course option, take the mouse over it, a drop down menu appears select the course for which you are a member.
– It will redirect you to the course Home page. Please scroll down and go to the All videos page option and check all the chapter wise and Fast track batch links and access it as needed.

Q. Content protected issue, though I am a premium member.

A. We apologize if this issue has happened and suggest the below for a quick solution:
Follow the below steps:
1. Close all the browsers.
2. Just open one browser (preferably chrome) and login to our website using the below link.

3. Open the course page and start accessing the videos.
4. Still you are not able to watch the videos, stay on the same page just click Ctrl+F5.
We are sure you will be able to access the videos.

Q. Why Am I unable to watch the previous ISTQB recorded videos ?

A. Kindly note that, with effect from May 25th 2015, videos after May 25th batch are shared as part of ISTQB recorded videos. Old content will not be shared due to unforeseen reasons.
– Members who have joined for course after 25th March 2015, can access the video content that is available on the below links only.

Q. Why Am I, unable to watch the previous QC/ALM recorded videos ?

A. Kindly note that, with effect from March 15th 2015, videos that are uploaded after Feb 27th will be shared as part of QC/ALM recorded videos access & Old content will not be shared due to unforeseen reasons.
– Members who have joined for QC/ALM course after March 2015, can access the video content that is available on the below links only.

HP ALM Live Training (April-06th Batch 2015)
– And also content of ongoing batches will be added accordingly, but not the old content which was recorded prior to January 2015.

Q. Minimum system requirement needed to work on Automation tools like QTP/UFT and Selenium.

A. For HP QTP and Selenium, we would require the following:
– Minimum of 4GB RAM.
– Windows environment (especially for HP QTP/UFT)
– Latest versions of browsers.
– 100 GB plus storage space (while we won’t need to use most of it).

Q. I don’t need training. Can we join only for project?

A. No, here is the reason why:
– As we often refer to specific videos to be viewed during the project execution.
– LIVE project has ZERO training, we won’t even support you during project execution.
– We teach you to be independent and get help from team, forum and our videos, as we try to replicate real-world environment.
– Our participation in the review meetings is to give what is good and what is bad in your project execution so far.
– You will be the only 1 in your team who will not have video access and that will not help you.

Q. Where can we find the Files and Documents that were used by the trainer as part of the training?

A. Below each playlist, you can find an option of Download files.

Q. Do you offer Domain Training?

A. We do not provide any domain training. But after doing mentioned courses you will get a good idea of Software Testing Tools. As testing is common approach irrespective of the domain or business/industry, you will be able to pick that in a practical manner once you start work. However, the automation tools will be an essential requirement to get your dream job.

Q. After the training, do you give a Experience letter/ Reference call?

Q. How is the Live Training different from Live Project?

A. In LIVE Training, we take practical projects and use them as a platform to teach and help you master various tools and techniques in IT field. You will get a great stretch of knowledge by looking at our video content or participating in LIVE Training webinars. Do note that all the LIVE Webinars get recorded and are made available for reference to app members who are eligible to view that course.
– In LIVE project, we assign you into a team of typically 5 to 10 members. Each of you work together with the other team members in executing a project that has been given to you. ITeLearn team organizes a webinar 2 times a week, where each team comes and presents their progress on the LIVE project. ITeLearn Tech team, then gives direction, support and the learnings that shape in giving you the much needed hands-on experience and confidence to face the interviews and real-life projects.
– Do note that you must a be part of the LIVE or Video training for a course to be eligible to get access to LIVE Project for that course.

Q. Is it only training or do you also do placement?

A. Our training is job oriented and prepares the participants for the interviews. However, we do not provide placement guarantee. This is a sales tactic that a lot of consulting companies use to reel in customers. We believe that you need to focus on your learning curve and be committed to the training sessions and project work. With hard work and a good program you will acquire the right skills and experience necessary to make you stand out from a stack of resumes.
US and Canada is our primary market for placement assistance. We are also launching placements within India as well. We’re focusing on one location at a time, in the future we plan to expand our placement coverage to other countries as well.

Q. What is this Premium member Concept?

A. Premium Members are members who have already subscribed to our Videos by paying for the course. Basically paid members are Premium members.

Q. Does fast track videos mean, precise content?

A. No, fast tracks are a shorter version, covering the most important aspects of the tutorial, if you choose to go through the entire course in one continuous flow you can follow our Fast track options.

Q. Why don’t you provide on the call Technical support?

A. As of now, there is no team to support Technical queries on call. We wish to add more new members in our team soon and try to hire a right source who can provide Technical support on call to our premium members.

Q. Why do you have limited access period on your videos, whereas we see many competitors providing lifetime access

A. Every training institute have their own pricing plans, courses offered and their own terms and conditions, so we do not wish to compare with any of them.
– We are constantly updating more videos with latest versions for the courses we are offering at ITeLearn, so we keep the Repeat access option open for our premium members to upgrade.
